At GVIS, we believe that regular physical activity in a student’s life not only helps them to stay healthy but also improves their emotional fitness. The physical activities planned and designed make our students very active in both physically as well as mentally. The physical stimulation through sports improves their feeling of well being and creates happiness in them. Release of happiness hormones reduces mental depression and help our students stay emotionally fit and cheerful. We provide each student ample opportunity to engage in physical education as it develops a sense of friendliness among our student and develop their team spirit. It also helps them to develop mental and physical toughness.
Our highly qualified teachers train students in a range of sports and athletics. Our students learn valuable lessons through team sports such as fair play, cooperation, sportsmanship, and passion.
