GVIS focuses on students relaxation through breathing exercises, yoga , meditation, music and art classes . When our students relax, the flow of blood increases around their body giving them more energy. It helps them to have a calmer and clearer mind, which aids positive thinking, concentration, memory and decision making. Relaxation slows their heart rate, reduces their blood pressure and relieves tension. By relaxation techniques , our students enhance self-confidence, concentration, performance, reducing anxiety and stress thereby calms the mind and recharges the body.
