Fitness
GVIS gives more importance to the health and fitness of our students. Health is more important than wealth for which GVIS practices: Yoga sessions, healthy eating habits, physical exercises through dance, PE classes etc. By regular exercise and physical activity GVIS promotes building strong muscles and bones, increasing their energy levels, improving respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help our students maintain a healthy weight, reduce their risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce their risk for some cancers.
Physical education helps our students in strengthening their brain and memory power. It improves the absorption of nutrients by the body, improves digestive processes and increases physiological processes and thereby helps our students to carry out their tasks without being fatigue.
