Our school provides ample opportunities for nurturing young athletes. Our students compete in 100 meters , 200 meters , 400 meters , Relays and broad jumps during athletic and sports meets.

Our students participate in sports and thereby it promotes regular physical activity and fosters healthy relationship with exercise for years to come. We encourage sports teaching them the concept, importance of teamwork, developing social & problem-solving skills and boosting their self-esteem.

Girls are also given equal opportunity in sports as exercise improves learning, memory, and concentration, which can give active girls an advantage in their classroom. Girls involved in athletics feel better about themselves, both physically and socially. It helps them build confidence when they see their skills improving and their goals becoming reality. Other esteem-boosting benefits of sports participation include getting in shape, maintaining a healthy weight, and making new friends.
