Strategic Plan
SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The School Development Plan (SDP) is a strategic plan for improvement. It brings together, in a clear and simple way, the school priorities, the main measures it will take to raise standards, the resources dedicated to these, and the key outcomes and targets it intends to achieve. School development plan core committee along with other stakeholders prioritize the specific target with the key recommendations from the Irtiqaa Inspection. Regular review is conducted on these specific targets and follows up actions are taken accordingly. As a result of an annual analysis of students’ assessment results, across the academic year, the curriculum has been reviewed to ensure that it meets the ability levels and needs of the students, improving the range of additional support programs and intervention strategies.
