X. Terms and Conditions for Online Payment:
- All payments to the Grace Valley Indian School, Al Ain (GVIS in short) using the online payment facilities are subject to the following conditions. Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully before using the online payment facility. If you do not accept any of these terms and conditions do not use this facility.
- Payment(s) through our online payment service, only be made with a Visa or MasterCard Credit / Debit Card.
- All payments are charged in Dirham the currency of the country United Arab Emirates which is displayed on our website as AED.
- The school will not be responsible for any bank charges or foreign exchange currency variances associated with the payment. So it is recommended that the user shall make necessary inquiry about the charges or fees payable against the Credit/Debit card from the respective service provider (the Bank) before using the online payment service.
- User agrees that the credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the online payment service must be correct and accurate and that the user shall not use a credit card, which is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The user further agrees and undertakes to Provide correct and valid credit/debit card details.
- The online payment service provided on our website is processed by a secure payment gateway service provider using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transaction details are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the internet. GVIS does not have access to any of your bank or card details.
- The credit card information supplied at the time of using the online payment service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to the school website. It is the sole responsibility of the User of the online payment service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields is correct. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy/screenshot of the transaction for record-keeping purposes, which might assist in the resolution of any disputes that may arise out of usage of the service.
- The school or the Payment Service Providers shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or delay in, or omission of (a) any data, information or message, or (b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information or message; or (c) any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission, non-performance or interruption in any such data, information or message.
- When you complete the online checkout process, funds will be deducted from your credit card or bank account in the selected currency and debited to the account of Grace Valley Indian School. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in the school's records.
- If your online payment is successful, GVIS will confirm that your payment was completed. If your payment fails, you will be notified and you will be able to try again or choose a different payment method.

- Our Terms and Conditions for Online Payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions for Online Payments that were in place at the time of transaction.
XI. Refund / Return Policy:
- The registration fee, admission fee, and re-registration fee remain non-refundable, while tuition fee refunds follow the Ministry of Education Bylaws for Private Education. If a student withdraws or leaves school for any reason, the refunds will be processed as follows and returned to the original payee.
- If a student withdraws prior to the start of the academic year, the balance of the first term/semester fee paid will be refunded, except the Registration Fee, the Admissions Fee, or the Re-registration fee.
- If a student withdraws during the school term, the Registration fee, Admission fee, and Re-registration fee, are non-refundable, and the remaining tuition is refunded in accordance per the Ministry of Education Bylaws for term payments:
- Fees will be charged for one full month if a student attends school for two weeks or less.
- Fees will be charged for two full months if a student attends school for more than two weeks and less than one month.
- Fees will be charged for the entire school term if a student attends school for more than one month.
- All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
XII. Cancellation and Replacement Policy:
- In the case of a student who wishes to cancel admission and seek a refund of fee already paid, the same would be subject to the refund policy of the school.
- In case of refund of fee where in the payments had been made through credit cards, the refund amount shall not include the actual credit card transaction charges applicable.
- In such a situation the refund shall be routed only through the original mode of initial payment only which in case of a credit card transaction would be reversed to the credit card less applicable charges.
XIII. Delivery and Shipping Policy:
- This Policy refers to how we process orders placed through this website. By using this website for the purposes of ordering goods, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this Policy.
- This Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
