Student Leadership
Leadership is about the art of motivating, influencing, and directing people so that they work together to achieve the goals of a team. It’s important for students to experience leadership opportunities during their schooling, to learn the art of building relationships within teams, defining identities, and achieving tasks effectively. The school has the following posts for the students under the supervision of a teacher or department head. These will be as follows:
- A School Head Boy-
- A School Head Girl
- House Captains – Boys
- House Captains – Girls
- Class Monitors
- Club Leader – Boys
- Club Leader – Girls
The school head boy has the soul in charge of conducting meetings of student monitors and captains at times of any student activities and programs. The school captains look into matters of making all the programs successful involving the students from their houses and building the competitive approach in games and club activities. Class monitors are responsible to maintain the class discipline in the absence of a teacher and report any activities that are not appropriate to happen in the class.
A record of all the activities will be kept by the incharge student leaders and will be in clear watch of the teacher in charge.
