Drama and skit

Drama promotes communication skills, teamwork, dialogue, negotiation and socialization. It stimulates imagination and creativity. It develops a better understanding of human behavior and empathy with situations that might seem distant. Drama gives students opportunities to explore, discuss and deal with difficult issues and to express their emotions in a supportive environment. It enables them to explore their own cultural values and those of others, past and present.

GVIS includes a wide range of dramatic activities that give students the opportunity to use real life language in the classroom. They include mime, role play, simulation and improvisation. Through their experiences with drama, students develop their imaginations and confidence.
