GVIS promotes STEAM Learning that helps students to engage in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. STEAM subjects provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the modern job market, which increasingly requires proficiency in technology, data analysis, and problem-solving. STEAM subjects foster creativity and innovation by teaching students to think critically, experiment, and develop new ideas. This can lead to breakthroughs in fields such as medicine, renewable energy, and computer science.
STEAM concepts and technologies are ubiquitous in our daily lives, from smartphones to renewable energy sources. Understanding these concepts can help students make informed decisions and better navigate the world around them.
